For a mid-career professional managing information, people, technologies, or resources, the Applied Information Management (AIM) Master of Science degree can take them to the next level in just two-and-a-half to three years. Individuals are able to study as a part-time student while continuing to work full-time. The degree is offered fully online.

Unlike traditional information technology programs, AIM takes an applied approach, preparing students with big picture perspectives on managing information in a wide variety of organizations and positions - learn with a select group working in high-tech companies, educational institutions, government agencies and non-profits.

The AIM multidisciplinary structure allows students to study information management from four key perspectives:

  Information design
  Business management
  Applied research

AIM Program classes are offered in a range of areas, including data management, project management, information design, business ethics, digital policy, and viral marketing.

TUITION: $520 per credit; $28,080 total plus fees. Tuition is payable on a course-by-course basis.

  2004: R1edu is a consortium of research universities that pool their resources and knowledge to provide access to distance learning courses and reference materials.
