Programs Overview
Virtual Tour Saint Mary’s University offers three undergraduate degrees in Arts, Commerce and Science. Twenty five credit courses are offered online each semester to assist students in completing their undergraduate degree. Distance courses follow the semester schedule and are taught by the same faculty who instruct on-campus courses.

The Master of Management - Co-operatives and Credit Unions is an innovative web-based program that brings together, in cyber space, co-op and credit union professionals from around the world to learn how to combine the principles of co-operation with active, aggressive management practices.
Highlights
  Courses are offered via the internet, multimedia components including audio and video
  Courses follow a schedule requiring group work and discussion postings
  Courses are not independent or correspondence studies
  Students are assessed through discussion postings, assignments, and quizzes and exams which can be held on campus or under supervision of a proctor (for students 100km from the university)
  Courses are delivered using Blackboard, Elluminate and other software

  Distance studies students are well supported at Saint Mary's. Technical Support is available through the ITSS Helpdesk, who can be contacted in person, via email or phone. Faculty and staff are also available to assist students with course related concerns.

  Programs are delivered to students using Blackboard software. To use this software and other multimedia requires for the online courses, students should have access to a computer:

- Windows 95, 98, 2000, NT, XP, Vista or Windows 7
- Mac OS 9 or Mac OS X
- Minimum 64 MB RAM, 1 G of free disk space
- 150 MHz or higher processing speed
- 56K modem or better
- Monitor capable of at least 800 x 600 dpi resolution
