The Virtual College coordinates all distance learning and off-campus credit and noncredit programs for Fort Hays State University (FHSU). Distance or virtual learning connects students and faculty remotely through interactive technologies, including the Internet, CD-ROM, DVD, videotape and, within Kansas, an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV).
